Advert removal

Good morning -

I paid credits to have adverts removed for my members 2 days ago but they are still visible. How long does it usually take for the removal?

Maybe you need to configure ads at ACP > General > Configuration > Activate ads or Reduce the number of displays for images advertisments :

Thanks for the reply. I've done that but they are still visible and really blinding! Please could support take them off asap. It will certainly stop new members from signing up.

Did you pay to have the adverts removed for both Members and guest? If you only paid for your members the adverts will still show if they are logged out.

I paid to have them removed for my members; as far as I know, you can't have them removed for guests as well.

I noticed yesterday that the adds aren't visible when i use my desktop but they are when i use my lap top.

check your Credits management.
If it shows you paid for them it will be there then just get a screen shot of that,and send your forum address so we can pass it on to the godfather to look into and make sure it's activated right.
