avatar help

i got question here,how to make it like this (online button),my forum using version 2

If you use phpbb2, this is impossible.
You can have this button on top of the messages in phpBB3 version.

I got one question !! In my forum...some member has large avatar... height , width so long . I want avatar all my member height , width 300x300
Can you help me!! I'm from Viet Nam ... my Eng not well !!

You can't make all your members have a specific avatar size, all you can do is choose the maximum avatartsize by going to admin panel->Styles=>Avatars=>Personal Gallery. There look for this option"Maximum Avatar File Size" Choose the maximum that you want and press save.

oh...I know...I tryed... In my forum...also member use URL.... not use upload...so can't use pesornal gallery

Well like I said there is nothing you can do except setting the maximum avatar size. Other then that i don't know anything else you could do, Sorry.
