Solved I Forgot Admin password my Forums

Sorry For my Bad English

I want To Recover My Admin password , i has Read This https://help.forumotion.com/t89289-for-founders-who-lost-their-passwords . but i want to PM Contact The Admin, But Its Say "You haven't reached the post limit for sending private messages." Please Help Me....
