I want to make my categories of the Forums more darker or Bold, or change the color.

Do you know also how to change link's colors?

and one last thing, its hard to explain, but i have problem when i go into a topic, and i want to go back to the home page, from the bottom of the page, i only can go back to the Category and not to the index, unlike my old forum

You're last problem is easy. You just need to make sure you have a site name (Go to General>Configuration)

For colors you go to Display>Colors
From there you can modify the color setup of your forum
