My forum will not let me the admin sign in please help

first off my Admin slash pass word combanation is not working second off I have tryed to reset my pass word so i can get to the administration control panel but it says that the adminsettings dissallows reseting of a pass word how do I get to the adminastration panel if it won't let me reset my pass word. = plese help my Email is Dimeadent@yahoo.com
