How do I keep a locked discussion at the top of the thread (sticky)?? Thanks

to make a sticky, you must have the permission to do so (as admin you have) make a new topic by going to the new topic button, and make your post, directly below the text box is the options, if it isnt displayed there should be a little plus sign to the right of the word options, click it. select sticky and save. To lock it, scroll to the bottom of your posted sticky and in the bottom left you should see five small buttons, click the one with a lock symbol on it
