Sticky not sticky enough

well i searched for the key word "sticky" and it seemed like no one had a problem like this before, ok, so the thing is my stick? not sticking, the purpose of sticky is to stick things on top so that wherever you go, no matter what page you are on, they're still there?

No. A "stuck[?]" post will only stay "stuck[?]" at the top of the forum it was posted in. It will not appear in every forum, only the one it was posted in.

no, i meant in one forum for example.

for which ever page you reach on that particular forum, the sticky will stay stuck on top.

in my case its only "stuck" on top of the first page of that certain forum

(and that certain forum applies to all my forums)

are you refering to something like a "global sticky"
which is a sticky that goes in every thread?

A global sticky/annoucement is not possible yet. But you can suggest it in the suggestions for your forums section.
