Portal Restriction Empty Portal Restriction

Halo i have one problem.
I hope it can be solved.

You all know that you can restrict forum so that some parts of it can only read members of the forum.
Can i do the same for Portal.
Because portal shows everything on forum, no matter if you are forum member or not.

Can this be solved some how.
