Can I use my own domain to create emails for my users via my forum??

If you brought your domain from inside the admin panel (From forumotion) your restricted to only 10 Email accounts, and yes you can give them to whomever you wish.
If you got your domain externally, your bound to their restrictions.

forumotion is your hosting if you are using a forumotion forum.
If you have a domain through someone other then forumotion then you have to contact them and ask if they provide webmail/email for the domain.

If you have the domain through forumotion, then you are only allowed a maxim of ten web-mail/email accounts accounts.
