report post to moderator button?

Hi

I notice that the report post to moderator is not installed as standard, is there an easy way to add this feature?

Admin Panel => General => Reports => Configuration

Report Status => Who can report posts
Self Report => Allows users to report themselves
Report Edit User => Allows usersto edit their reports or not
