That's quite unfortunate because I was looking for the same thing. Looks like I'll be clearing out my account because of this. I quite need it.

That's correct, this can't be done. However, you can change the permissions for a specific forum. You could only allow a special group to enter or to post in a forum (Forum / Permissions). If you have "approved" a user, you would move him to that special group. Smile
