i want the avatar in the left side of the page
is this possible ??

It's possible in phpBB 3. Go to admin panel=>Styles=>Choose your Style=>Change version choose 3 and "current style" and then click on save. Then go to admin panel=>Styles=>Pictures and Colors=>Colors. There look for this option "Profile’s position in the messages" and choose left.

another question

i did smth and now i cant change the colour of Admin:p

Go to admin panel=>Users & Groups=>Groups=>Group administration.
Then modify the admin group by clicking on the yellow cog and look or this option "Group Member’s Color:" and choose the color you want. Be sure that "Color Group Members ?:" is also selected.

look at this i change the colour but is the same again

Well you can try making the group Closed and not hidden. To do that go to the modify tab and look for this option "Group status:" and choose closed group.
