link other site to my site

can i know how to link other site to my site??like related..

You can do that by adding a portal. Go to your admin panel>modules>portal>select yes on showing the portal option>save.

Then, go to your admin panel>modules>portal structure>you will see affiliates on the left of the portail section. Click modify to make links to the other websites and save. You can also change the name if you like.

thanks Luky i managed to find it once again through another thread. there are just so many of these things its hard to know if you are in the right thread or not.

Hi everyone..
Please I've gotten to the ''Structure' part of the portal mgt, and this was the widget source code I saw embedded on it..

which showed up on my portal as ''forumotion and Brothers fit'' advert banners under the ''affiliate section''..
So I want to ask how can I generate my own link to give out to interested websites(reciprocal link) and copy and paste their links on my portal?
Do I just substitute my website name over forumotion's , then send it(the code link) to the websites?
And how do I get my homepage to show up first, instead of the portal, whenever I type out the name of my website on internet browsers?
