I use a remotely hosted shoutbox, works perfect. Enough of them in google.

I could not use the shoutbox from admin cp, because the fact that you need to keep logging in was really annoying - killed all the usability for me, since no one was taking the time to log in (or not logged in at the same time.

p.s To summarize - voted not important, let's get the cash system first I've got everything my forum needs, except a cash/rep/reward system
