Multiple Rank Images

Hello,
I've noticed that a friend of me using multiple rank images under the username.

Notice all there doesent have the dubble image but i see some and i want it on my forum too.
I've tested to create multiple ranks and put them on same person but only the "highest" rank will be shown. ´
