Sorry if this has been made before.

I think that forumotion should make the feature Karma.Like on Micechat.com . Like if somebody has broken alot of rules,theyll only be allowed to post in the litterbox or garbage forum.People can earn karma by:Being helpful on the boards,every few monthes membership,every --- posts and so on.Good idea?
