How to force a rank on new users.

Is there a way to force a rank to new users? What I mean is, when they create an account on the forum, it immediately makes them a certain rank. Without me having to do it manually.

When you create a range, gives you an option for the number of messages. you put 0 ... and all users who register will be in that range
