I went to http://en.hitskin.com/ to change my theme... After I had chosen the theme, aka theme: http://en.hitskin.com/search-a-skin/green-labor-invision-160261.htm
and when I click the install it works GREAT! Except.... it makes topics within forums, and I dont want those topics to show. I only want to use forums within forums and not topics with the first forums along with forums.
ANY IDEAS?

You can not block specific topics.

You can request The Godfather to delete the theme, then, you can edit and upload theme again. If you want this (but this is the only solution I guess) this topic will be moved to hitskin support.

I hate being new to forums.... I assume this is the webmaster? Or possibly the admin for themes? How do I get a hold of this guy?

Yes, The Godfather is the webmaster, he created this platform, with his team of the technicians. The Godfather don't join on forum very much, you need to be patient.
