Forum Buttons Names? Empty Forum Buttons Names?

I asked for a request of buttons (they are beautiful) now I want to upload them to the page but I want to get rid of the words and stick just with the buttons that were created. I uploaded the new button for the "home" button, but then a word next to it appears saying INDEX how can I change that?

That appears in the admin panel but not on the forum itself(on the forum it will only appear the button you added)
