Member Connection Issue

I have just recently created a forum http://the-outlaws.forumotion.com/
although i am able to connect to the site, my fellow mates can not and it has come up several times as an issue, please advise what could be done to solve this.

They cant connect to the forum cause it says that it does NOT exist.
