Solved How to change favicon

So i did some searches of this forum on how to change the favicon of my forum, and all of them say to do:

AP ==> general ==> forum ==> Configuration
Forum favicon : add image URL

However I do not have the favicon option:
How to change favicon 27dup

Help please
