Newsletter received in junk mail
Halo,
I would like to use newsletter to inform all of my members, but the newsletter keep received in junk mail which my members won't see the messages.
Do forumotion staff or any members has any tips to prevent newsletter sent into junk mail?

I think the user has to mark it as Not Spam, the first time they receive the email.

The problem is they don't even received the messages since the mail go to the junk mail directly. Is there any other solutions?
Forumotion not allowed us to get our member database and the newsletter not even work how can i inform all of my members about any updates???

Thats what i was saying, go into the Junk mail. Open the email & mark it as not Spam.
Inform your members via a thread, or if there is a usergroup of members send a PM informing the group of the same.
