CName redirecting to French Forumotion

I had my hosting provider adjust the CName for my site so I could use my own domain name. I wanted to use my subdomain forum.ndbrewers.com to host ndbrewers.forumotion.com.

They set it up, but now forum.ndbrewers.com goes to some french version of Forumotion. I asked my provider about it, but all they gave me was this answer:

Our name servers are returning the DNS settings that you requested. You may need to contact forumotion.com to setup anything on there end to get it to work.

forum.ndbrewers.com. 14400 IN CNAME ndbrewers.forumotion.com.

Any thoughts? I've tried changing the domain name in my Forumotion admin, but I get the error: The supplied domain name is not well configured
Your CNAME must redirect to : ndbrewers.forummotion.com.

Am I doing something wrong?

Did you include the www. in the admin panel?

Yep, that didn't work.

I just noticed something though... My domain host entered http://ndbrewers.forumotion.com/. Only one 'M'. I bet that's a problem.
