I lost my Admin password Empty I lost my Admin password

Well, I had been getting some scary e-mails lately saying that somebody in my forum wanted to steal my password. Therefor, I changed it about 15 minutes ago. I was so caught up in other activities I was doing at the time, that I suddenly forgot the password. I clicked to resend my password to my e-mail. Sadly, I made a setting that I am not allowed to send my password to my e-mail.
What should I do?

Did you used this info to login:
Login : Use creation email or your forum’s Internet address
Password : Password used in creation.

well i also used it but i remembered i changed the pass how ever i forgot the pass so wat should i do
