Solved Origin of received email has changed

    Post by tom2day March 2nd 2012, 6:06 pm

In the last few days the origin of email alerts in my Roundcube Web Mail inbox has changed from albernitalk.com to board@forumotion.com and member@forumotion.com. Can anyone clue me in to what has caused this? Thanks in advance.

No, still a long ways away before expiry.

OK....Up until the last 3 days all email in my administration inbox (Roundcube) showed the sender as being from albernitalk.com (my forum). Now all incoming email (regarding new members, topic replies etc.) shows board@forumotion.com and member@forumotion.com as being the origin of email sent. Whew! hope that makes sense.

    That's pretty much normal.

General // Newsletter // Change there and see if it changed and if not, I wouldn't worry about it. Its normal for it to display like that.

OK fair enough. I was just wondering why the sudden change and if there was a problem.
