New users can not regester

I have two guests who could not regester. Says email addy not valid.

however a few have been able to regester with out issues.

Thanks guys so far I have really enjoyed this site and how helpful people are.

What email are they using? Some are blocked from the filer that is in placed on all forums.

Did you make sure allowing new members is on?
Admin Panel=> Users & Groups=>User Options=>Allow New Members: Yes

hmm...

check out the rest of the users settings and make sure everything is as it should be for new members and emails.

Have they used that email to join a differesnt site on forumotion?

Spam or some strange activity.

Well all you can really do is ask them to make new accounts, and check if they work.

Captain Kirk, its blocked due to some kind of strange activity.

He was able to get in useing a google email. His att.net would not work.

It would be blocked then.
