Pop up music player. Empty Pop up music player.

Sorry if this is in the wrong section.
I've looked around the forum and found some similar questions, tried the answers but they didn't help.
My question is. I want to make a pop up music player. That once someone log ins or even visits the website a pop up with my flash music player will open.
i tried one HTML pop up generator but i wasn't able to make it work.
