Redirecting Problem
Hi guys,
I'm really frustrated right now.
Earlier I just bought the domain name and set the redirect from indorockers.com to irtest.indonesianforum.net (forumotion)
It's working just fine for a year.
Then I need to renew my domain, and would like to upgrade with a hosting.
I know my forum was there at irtest.indonesianforum.net but somehow I'm unable to access the url.
I've tried by setting the redirect option like earlier but it doesn't seem to work; it keeps redirecting back and forth between indonesianforum.net and indorockers.com
How could I login to my irtest.indonesianforum.net ACP?
Any advice would be great, thank you!
Edit:
So what I want to do is move the old forum to forum.indorockers.com
Just in case this might help abit.

Re: Redirecting Problem
Hi,
thanks for answering..
Ah, pardon me..But that's not what I meant..
I want to keep using forumotion..I don't want to move anything..
I just want to change the url redirect to a new address (forum.indorockers.com - it's empty, just a domain name).
The problem is I'm unable to access the forum (indonesianforum.net)

Re: Redirecting Problem
You can change the sub domain name by going to general // forum address.

Re: Redirecting Problem
I'm sorry but like I've mentioned on my first post,
somehow I'm unable to access the url..
I would like to go to that page, the ACP. but I can't..
http://irtest.indonesianforum.net/
That's the original url of the forum..
I had no idea what's going on exactly..

Re: Redirecting Problem
Might want to take the redirect off from your external domain name.

Re: Redirecting Problem
Thank you, that'll be useful..I'll try it later and see if that'll work.
But still, the first priority is to access the irtest.indonesianforum.net
I wish I could log into the ACP and change the domain name personalization

Re: Redirecting Problem
Hi,
now I'm able to access my forum ACP,
but when I try to change the domain name:
And here's my setting:
and another one from www.forum.indorockers.com to irtest (idk since I asked the person from my webhost to do the job)
When I try to put www.forum.indorockers.com in the "Personalized Domain Name", the ACP seems able to accept it but what I got is redirect looping,
they're redirecting back and forth from the personalized name (forum.) to the original one (irtest)
For now, when I type forum.indorockers.com they redirect it to irtest, but it also changes the url.

Re: Redirecting Problem
