custom domain name transferr

hi i want to move my custom domain name to another site i`ve sent a pm to the member stated but still no reply i`ve allso found who the domain was brought off by forumation godaddy.com and sent them a message and they are say im not the current registrant of the domain why is it saying this when i paid for it using my paypal and gave my address when i brought it through forumation ,can some1 help as i need to get it transfered asap

hi thanks for the fast reply i sent a PM to Leeloo yeasterday morning ,and i`m concerned why godaddy are saying i`m not current registrant of the domain.

Leeloo, does not work on weekdays. So if you sent her a PM for a domain name transfer code, she can only help you on monday when she is back to work.

how does it work cuz my new server said to ask them to point it to there i.p and they do the rest, i`ve never done this before

She'll give you a transfer code and your new host will take that code for transfer. There is no IP forwarding or anything.

Your domain name wasn't available for transfer because you didn't reach the minimum time after purchase (90 days).

You just have to wait a little bit more
