usergroup subscriptions

How do you prevent a user from leaving groups i know there is an option to stop them from randomly joining groups they want but is there a way to stop them from unsubscribing from a group

ACP >> USERS & GROUPS >> Users Options >> Allow members to unsubscribe : No
