new member activation email

I would like to have an email sent automaticly which welcomes the new member and also notifies them to post during a certain time frame so we cann prevent spammers.

Go to ACP > General > Message and Emails > Private Message:

Locate and edit the following:

Allow welcome private message : Enable
Message subject : (The title of the message)
Welcome private message * : (The content of the message)
