Solved Topic options problem

Hi! my problem is that the topic options dont appear anymore . I tried to enter in a topic that is already sticky or announcement but neither there dont appear...

Did you check it on the bottom of the text edition, click the '+' to expand for you to see the topic options/setting.

Like this:
