[SOLVED]Not able to open options when posting a topic

When I post a topic, I try to press the options tab under where you type the message, but it does not open. I am the admin of the site(Owner). I'm not sure if it is the design or just a bug. If you need more info then here is my site

Edit: if it is the graphics then could someone please tell me how to make it to where it works properly.

Can you enable the account on your forum, "Helper Bot", to have admin access so I may see if I can figure out the issue?

Are you able to see that it is not working(opening the options tab)?

I am indeed. I think I know what the issue is, but I'm not entirely sure and would like to check.

Just one more question, what do you think it is?

I think there's an image you're missing, and as such you have no way of opening the actual windows. I could be wrong, of course, but as I said, I'd like to take a look and see if it isn't something else.

I can understand if/why you're hesitant to give a stranger access to your admin panel, but you can see anything I do in your security tab, which is located in ACP > General > Security

Oh nvm you already did it. Thanks man. By the way what else was I missing?

You were missing pretty much everything. As I said in the PM to you, I recommend going through the Graphic section of the support forum and finding a nice set of icons and buttons and the like.
