Personalized Profiles

Here is the scenario.

Personalized Profiles (apparently) allow you to create a field which is editable by any member.

However, when i do create such a field only the member himself can edit it. OR by an admin. The other members can't seem to be able to edit this field.

when creating a personal profile field, the option is:

Modification: Who can modify the profile field value ?

If here i select any member, well .. any member doesn't get the access permissions to be able to do that.

Was this dropped? or never fully implimented?

Well, don't know the current status. I have posted this issue as well some days ago and it was moved to the Tech-Section. Well, recently i didnt find my thread anymore, it was either deleted or moved to an invisible section. i fear the first because it obviously hasn't been fixed yet... =/
