new members can not post?

A new member in the forum send me the message this morning.
I dont know how this happen but I need some help (in case I did loose some update in the board)

"New members are not allowed to post external links or emails for 7 days. Please contact the forum administrator for more information."

Any new on this ?

Go to: Administration Panel => General => Forum => Security => Security Administration => Unauthorize members with less than a week registration to post external links and emails : No.
Hit Save!

Note: You need to be the founder of the forum, and use Advanced mode in admin panel.
