Guest Registering
I have a guest that’s having trouble registering, It keeps saying his email address is not correct. Is there any way I can manually add him?

Re: Guest Registering
Hmmm. You can log out and trying registering him, of course. But, a question: What certain message error he/she get?

Re: Guest Registering
It says his email (@sbcglobal.net) is not correct or something like that but i just found this thread https://help.forumotion.com/t106305-registration-email-error-sorry-but-this-e-mail-address-is-invalid and it looks like they solved it so im going to try to get him to Re-sign up and see how it goes, it looks like it had something to do about that email being on a spam black list or something like that.
Re: Guest Registering
If she/he use the email you provided - hisemail@sbcglobal.net she/he should get this error message: "Sorry, but this e-mail address is already used by someone" and not "Sorry, but this e-mail address is invalid", there is a difference between these 2 errors.
Try to check the Inactive users list from:
Administration Panel => Users & Groups => Users => Inactive users. If that user is there, Activate it!
