Questions about the Forum Utilities

Hi,

I just recently knew about the forum utilities and tried accessing it. I'm quite confused with some of the options there. I want to ask first before trying it out because I might screw things up, lol.

Like for say I like to try making a back-up of my forum. I want to select the Full Backup type, but there's another option below it "Restore the forum such as it was". Do I have to choose an option for that too before clicking submit? If yes, then that means my forum has to do a restore first before back-up is done?

One last one, about the "Direct connection to the Administration Panel" options. What info do I have to enter there? The current administrators' user names and passwords?
