Navigation Button help

How do I remove what I got circled..? There is no options any where...

and is there any way to change the title of the default Buttons, Like Home, Portal, etc.?

What is bootleg matrix?
I dont see it in your list unless it's further down the list not in the screen shot ?
Whatever the case it has to be one you created so you can just remove the image for it.. I cant see what you have circled other then the text and the image? I guess thats what you mean.

As far as changing the default names, the only way would be to create your own images and add them in place of the ones you have now and to show only images in the nav bar, Unless you created a whole new custum one, then you can add it to your overall template.

I'm thinkin it's your portal name.
So, go to Administration Panel => Modules => Portal & Widgets => Portal management => Portals pages list => Action - Structure => Portal general options => Page name.
