lost founder's password

hi.. i can't use PM to mod because i have not reached a post limit to PM.. but i dont want to have a junk post, only to PM the mod.. so maybe it's wrong if i make a new topic, but i don't how it used to be..

i am a founder of a forum (which maybe i just want to tell the forum's name to mod), i have use the "forget password" facility, but when i've write the username's admin/founder and write the email address which i used to create the forum.. this text appears "The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security".. i dont know what it means..
any mods can explain that? how can i change that part (allow admin to send new password) if i can not getting in as admin? it's confusing me..
