Signature for spesific member

How to disable the use of signature for spesific member?

You can create a group for members you don't want to have signatures and modify these settings:
Admin Panel > Users & Groups > User options > User settings > Allow Signatures : Set it to 'groups > Save

Signature Permissions > Place the group you created to 'not allowed' > Save

So, I have to create other group that contain all member who allowed for have signature?

You can create an auto subscribe group and set the minimum post requirement to 0 where all members/new members will be placed there and make sure that they have(the group) this permission here:
Signature Permissions > Place the group you created to 'allowed' > Save

And have a created group for those who you don't want to have their signatures enabled set to this permission:
Signature Permissions > Place the group you created to 'not allowed' > Save
