Competitions are they allowed

Hi am I allowed to run competitions on my forum and offer a prize like an electronic gift voucher provided by me which the winner will receive via email.

I want to do two next month one based on our National Lottery which the winner will be who picks the bonus ball
And a poetry competition.

I know it is probably fine to do this as I am not asking anyone for any money all competitions will be free, but just wanted to check I am not breaking any rules before going ahead.
