It keeps watching my topics.

Everything that I post on, it goes onto my Topics being watched list. Even when select to not watch them anymore, if I post on them again, they will go back into my Topics being Watched list. It is really annoying because I get so mnay emails because of this. And in the future, If I do make a new Topic, or I reply to a new topic, I don't to watch it either I unless I purposely try to. So how do I fix this?
