Watching the forum

Someone already had this problem and it was solved and the thread locked ( https://help.forumotion.com/t109859-email-notification-for-a-forum-not-just-a-thread )

However, the solution that was used does not seem to work for me. The OP is told by someone "See at the bottom of the forum, there is Start Watching the Forum"

The problem I'm having is I don't see an option for "Start Watching the Forum"

What have I missed here?

ah found it - was looking for it at the top level of the forum - didn't realise i needed to drill down one level to a category/forum area.
