Solved 540 gateway timeout error

I have a forum member who is repeatedly getting a 540 gateway timeout error message when trying to access my forum, any suggestions?

It could be a temporary problem for that user. Please check, if its been happening for more than a few hours or so?

Please ask them what ISP they are using as i know there is a problem with AOL uses getting in to some sites.
