Solved Topic Coloring.

Post by Derri June 9th 2012, 6:13 pm

Now I know how to activate Topic coloring.

The only problem is I cannot have it activated encase users make colored topic posts. It would be annoying to have to edit it out.

So is there away to make it so only mods or just admins can set topic colors because it would be useful for important topics or announcements.

yes there is a easy little trick i use on my forum
put this in your widgets
Code:

<style type="text/css">
select[name=topic_color] {display:inline!important}
</style>
Use a table type: No
Who can see this: Admin and mods only
place this in your widgets Don't worry this will not show up on your forum as a widget

and this in your CSS

Code:
select[name=topic_color] {display:none}

Hope this will be what your looking for
