    Solved Can't post in forum promotion section

    I can't post in the Forum promotion section of forumotion.com. I wanted to place my forums in there so other people in the community could join, and I would do the same. Seemed and easy way to get some beginning traffic as well. Anyways if anyone could help me out with this I would appreciate it,
