Hello veenessa,
To promote your forumotion forum you have to post your proposal in this topic => https://help.forumotion.com/t5855-forum-presentation-proposals
You then have to wait for one of the managers to approve your proposal, if its accepted your post will be split to its own topic. If your proposal is refused a manager will clarify on why it was refused.
