Solved Mod In Chatbox Not At Top

I know that when you make someone a moderator/admin on a forum, when they're in the chatbox, they are all displayed at the top. However, for some reason, one of my adminstrators for my site isn't listed at the top with the rest of the admins.

He's tried changing his name and tons of other things and it still doesn't put him at the top with the other admins/myself. Anyone have a clue what is causing this? Or how to fix it?

Remove him & add him from the admin panel as the moderator of the chatbox.
