HOW DO YOU CHANGE FONT AND FONT SIZE IN HEADER?

How do I go about changing the font and font size in the Header? Thank you.

Can you also post a screenshot of exactly pointing out which font & font size do you wish to change?

I wish I were more knowledgeable about this stuff, but I am not. What I am wanting is for my site title to be in Script MT bold, font size 72 - But actually, I would be happy with anything that would just make the title more pronounced.

My site title is: Crime Watchers

Update: I tried it both ways, and I tried it like above, but neither worked. (Sigh)
