Report Abuse Button [done-thanks for help]

I currently have such module :



I want to replace the that circled button with new button "Report Abuse". The button must be like "Quote" button as it can be seen in the above image.

Same : Font
Same : Background
Same : Color
Text : Report Abuse

I have the same on my site. and would like to know how to make one. I'm not real computer savy so if someone could help me out on my site i'd really appreciate it. Also is this a button that all member' can use?

I also want button for "Abuse Reported" in the same manner. currently it is like this.

Also a button on which "Abuse Denied" is written, currently it is >> . Everything remains same as earlier.
